Lets be SERIOUS on help with some of the CSR responses...

Ok.. We are in "Open Beta" am I correct? And with being in "Open Beta" we are supposed to report problems and or issues. So, if something like the dashes for "season" comes up I'm thinking it's a legitimate question to ask about it in group chat. Got NO response from the CSR's .. one person gave me a kinda sorta answer, but I still didn't know if was something I should report or not. So I IM the CSR who was active in the group chat... and the response I got was.............

"We're asking that you all figure the seasons and breeding out... those questions are actually answered in chat..just ask around and all of you have been so great with helping eachother :)"

Um.. yeah.. not so much on an answer as to if this was something that we should report or not... and basically in my opinion a "NON" answer.

Now I don't know about everyone else, but I don't have time to sit and look at group chat constantly, I do have a life, IN SL and IN RL. And with the group chat lag, let's be serious.. can you really wait 10 mins for answer?

Well I got pissy, and before I closed the group chat, I said something snarky and closed it.. then received an IM from a different CSR... who was some what helpful, and at least told me that the dashes were a normal thing and not to worry about it. She also said that some of the reasons that the CSR's are vague is because it's part of the enjoyment/puzzle of meeroos. She said.. "when they created the meeroos. .they created the lore, the created the story behind it. they spent countless hours trying to create a "puzzle" for you guys to have fun with....

.....is not anything wrong , i promise you. Though many worried it was .. we walk a fine line also because to say to much is to give away parts of the puzzle they specifically designed for you.. so yes. there isn't anything wrong when you see the dots .."

which is a better answer so 1- I know I don't have to report anything and 2- it tells me why the CSR is being vague. However, if the FIRST CSR had a similar response to my initial question.. guess what.. I would NOT of gotten pissed off .. and make snarky comments.. hmm GEEE doesn't that sound like a BETTER experience?
