Chiiirp! Birrrt! Purrrrrrrr!

Hello,

I have but one small request.

Would it be at all possible to shift these 2 threads from General Forum to the Genetics Forum prior to shutdown?

I think many people would benefit from these threads.

I'd like to extend our gratitude for those of you that have been so patient with us while we take care of our ongoing issues. I know for some the announcement that we were closing this forum was disappointing. It was not an easy call to make, but we realized that we could, in fact, do this better. We want to streamline our communication, rather than have anyone feel drowned out by a cacophony of loudness. It was difficult to communicate here, and no matter how high we built our soapbox to respond from, some build a bigger and our responses were lost in the fray.

The exploding of flame wars threads in the past days is just more as annoying and disturbing. Since the announcement of closing the general forum it got simply not acceptable anymore at all, it was before already worse but now its beyond any civilized behaviour. It seems a lot of ppl took it as a free ticket to go to post war here. So sincerly i ask you to just hit the close button to stop this nonsense.

Thank you very much.

Database idea

Don't know if your server could handle this, but would it be possible for users to upload a single image of thier roo to the database, so when a new trait is found and people post thier roo links, we could see the roo too?

I have been with the roos since Jan. of this year, so went through the closed and open beta (didn't make it for alpha). These are my results of 4 months of breeding my heart out as a small, not a lot of extra cash flow breeder.

Hey everyone, wonder what happens when a rich customer squares off with a poor customer? Well, the rich customer wins, but to lighten everyones mood, I want to show that Poor People can sometimes when because this is what this machinima's moral is which is, the poor win sometimes eventually =]

If..

If I take away nothing else from my experience with Meeroos, I have to say it will be the wonderful people I have had the chance to meet and get to know. I'm proud to call those of you I know friend! Some of the rest of you, I do hope to get to know better, regardless of where I go with my roos.

You've all seen this on other forums, so I'm going to start one here. The line by line story. This is what happens, I start a story about what happens after our dear liitle roo is released into the wild, you then add the next line to the story. I would please ask if we keep it kinda sensible and PG.
I hope this will provide a bit of light hearted fun before this forum closes.

The story fo far...

As the blue sparkles began to fade, Rusty felt the urge to leave his owner and venture forth into the world.

From the Silent One.

I have been in breedables for 3 years. I have seen the most disgusting reprehensible behavior from "customers" involved in several different companies .... many of whom are repeat offenders.

In defense of Malevay, I want to say that they are not perfect, but they created a product that I find more interesting and challenging than any other breedable I've been involved in.

I just want Malevay to know that there are many of us who are silent but supportive. Many MANY of your customers, like me, the silent majority, support this company and enjoy the product.
