ANSWER: You can now see the names of Management Staff on the "About Us" page from the navigation bar above:

After careful consideration, we have opted not to publish our CSR's names or we risk them being inundated with in-world solicitations while helping customers from the ticket database. Also, because our support staff activity changes at times (People go on vacations, people go on maternity leave or become ill, people have real life obligations that take them away) we don't want to risk someone reaching out to them and feeling ignored if they are not presently active. Publishing CSR names would introduce more issues than it would resolve. Thanks for understanding!
