I have been wondering - what happened to the new EULA we were supposed to be getting / needed to agree to and
also wondering what happened to the new hud that was supposed to be issued at the same time.

Has that idea been shelved?

ANSWER: Hi Lynna! That is coming soon. It's not going to arrive however until we release the next update with some new content. At that point it will prompt you to accept the new EULA. We had intended to release it earlier, but it had to go through some legal revisions first. I'll post a blog when it is time.
